General Terms
- Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the I agree answer in the parcel forwarding request form, and sending the packages to our warehouse for airfreight to any destination, including Sri Lanka, you (Hereinafter referred to as Customer) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
- Order Submission:
2.1. Customers must complete the “parcel forwarding request form” accurately and completely. Any errors or omissions may result in delays or the inability to fulfill the delivery request.
- Confirmation Email:
3.1. Customers must upload the confirmation email (showing the full details of the order details, and total value of the order) from the supplier when submitting the delivery request. This is necessary to verify the order details.
- Delivery Timeline:
4.1. We strive to deliver your parcel within 7 to 12 working days after the package has been received at our warehouse. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as airline schedules, customs processing, or other international regulatory requirements, which could extend the delivery timeframe.
- Fees and Charges:
5.1. All fees and charges for the delivery service will be communicated once the package is received at our warehouse. Customers are responsible for any additional costs that may arise, including customs duties, taxes, or any other levies imposed by authorities. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied at the destination country. These duties are to be paid by the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
5.2. Chargers applicable for delivery (Airfreight charges) will be based on the weight of the packages unless the weight of the shipment is less compared to the size of the box, then the weight will be calculated based on the volumetric weight (volume in kg).
- Responsibility for Package Contents:
6.1. We do not take responsibility for the contents of the packages as they are sealed by the supplier.
6.2. The customer acknowledges that the contents are unknown to us and therefore we disclaim any liability for the goods inside.
- Cancellations and Amendments:
7.1. Once an order is submitted, cancellations or amendments must be communicated promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them once processing has begun.
- Customer Obligations:
8.1. Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. Any failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information or lack of access may incur additional charges.
- Prohibited and Dangerous Goods:
9.1. The customer declares that the package does not contain any prohibited, illegal, or dangerous goods.
9.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the United Kingdom (UK) laws and regulations as well as the regulations of the destination country.

- Inspection and Reporting:
10.1. Packages may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
10.2. If any prohibited items are found, they will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the customer may face penalties, including fines and legal action.
- Liability Limitation:
11.1. Our liability is limited to the insurance value of GBP 50 for the package sent via us unless additional coverage is purchased. (For additional coverage, customers must contact us to purchase extra insurance at an additional cost.)
11.2. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the transportation of the package.
- Compliance with Laws:
12.1. The customer agrees to comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations regarding the shipment of goods.
12.2. The customer also agrees to comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Force Majeure:
13.1. Our company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
- Dispute Resolution:
14.1. Any disputes arising from the use of our delivery service shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
15.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the delivery service will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
- Privacy:
16.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order in accordance with our privacy policy.
